I know how powerful fitness can be—because it saved me. After losing my husband unexpectedly at 24, strength training became my anchor. It wasn’t just about rebuilding my body—it was how I rebuilt myself. Since then, I’ve walked through postpartum, the chaos of mom life, and the hard work of rediscovering who I am while raising my son.
Now, I help other women tap into that same strength—physically and mentally. My coaching is built on efficient, no-fluff workouts, real-life flexibility, and sustainable habits that actually work when your plate is full.
